Are you still thinking Pilates is something you’d like to try out and see what all the fuss is about?

Have you still got those aching and stiff joints bothering you on a daily basis?

Well now’s your opportunity to see if Pilates is really as good as everyone says it is.

At The Pilates Corner, Baldock, this March we’re holding a Discover Pilates Workshop.

It’s a 2-hour introduction to the technique designed especially for you, if you’ve never tried Pilates before, or have tried it before but weren’t sure if you were doing it right.

We’ll go through the basic technique and help you understand what you should (and shouldn’t) be feeling when doing Pilates.

There’s no pressure to be better than anyone else, and with my 13+ years experience working with all sorts of limitations and injuries, you’re in very safe hands.

You don’t need to be bendy, strong or well co-ordinated, you don’t even need to be fit. All we ask is that you can get down to the floor (we have barres on the wall to help you if needed), and willing to try, we’ll do the rest.
